Not sure... Check if your white paint is peeling on the emblem....that's how I find out that mine had chrome underneath it

took the q-tip dipped in nail polish remover and...

took the q-tip dipped in nail polish remover and worked it inside the SS over and over ....in time it starts to peel off(around 10 min per S)....then you just use the clean end of the tip to clean...
