The super victor is only .270 (just over 1/4) taller at the carb flange than the Vic jr, according to their website. It just has larger runners and a 4500 series carb flange (dominator carb) option...

I am running the 3.12 pulley with the belt routed on the bottom side of the lower Idler pulley with a 61.8 inch belt with no problems.
