This is not too uncommon when a car goes wide open throttle. As long as the motor isn't consuming oil or having any other issues you should be just fine.

The stock header bolts can be reused many times....

The stock header bolts can be reused many times. As long as the threads look good and your not wanting to spend the coin on new ones go for it.

Are you talking about the thin tunnel brace? If so I recommend just removing it. Its pretty common to have to remove it with most all aftermarket exhaust setups.
