i want to tint my tail lights, but i dont know whats legal in pennsylvania??? and is there a certain brand or way to do it yourself? i dont want to buy a cheap decal. unless its that easy. lol

so i have the summit white LS. first thing i did was order a spoiler. should be here tomorrow. now.. next on my list is the exhaust. not looking to spend crazy money so im thinking my three choices...
