Not sure if this will help but in the manual it says to use Dielectric Grease for door seal maintenance. I would give that a shot and see if it help relieve the issue.

I don’t know what it is but my guess is it’s something in the transmission. Brakes and wheel bearings would all change pitch as the speed changes, and a pulley wouldn’t be limited to 2nd & 3rd gear....
