Thanks for the reply. The tubes are 2" and the flange is about 1mm away from 2". I might remove that little bit on the inside the flange. Not sure if it would matter much. But that is what everybody...

Why was the 5th gen's rear cradle designed to deflect in the manner it does?

I'm just wondering the how and why of the rear cradle deflection? The engineering behind it. Seem's like it's designed to kind of float?!
