Anybody drop a valve seat ?

Has anybody else drop a valve seat in your motor ? Dropped an intake valve seat and destroyed a piston. Seems to be a more common thing , ls3 with the 821 head

Just wondering if anybody can tell me will the dual disc clutch from GM for ls/lsa. Work in my 2014 ls3 ?
Also would it use the same throw out bearing ?

I will pull this one out and take it apart this...

I will pull this one out and take it apart this weekend and see what all is damaged , hen test springs etc. see if I can figure why it ate itself. Thanks for the feedback back
