Race Gas/E60+:Boost+Timing = 40

Keep in mind that you'll again an additional 1-2 psi during winter, and that could drop low side well into the 50s if the ECM started adding more fuel

Do a JMS like King said and be done with it

525 pump has much higher current consumption, 18+ amps compared to 10-11 amps from DSX pump. It may not work with their controller & you would need another way to activate it

How do you know it's the transmission, not the lock up clutch in the converter itself? Does the reported engine torque look correct & similar to your runs from 2023?

I suggest you work on your 60' first before thinking about adding more power. My C7 did 8.9 with only ~950 rwhp at +700 DA running ms109. My 60' was 1.29 & launch timing was pretty aggressive

You'll need port injection to run a meaningful amount of E in your setup, unless you back down on upper pulley size. My C7 has a similar setup with port injection and fuel is tapped out at E50...
