I would think roughly in the 10-13 degrees max area for 93 octane and 8 psi. But as noted, you cant really do a final dial in without some testing. And it is not a static number, varies by load....

You are going to have a harder time getting low ETs with a centri vs pd. In quarter mile the first 60 ft make a huge difference and a pd has more grunt down low. Centri takes more rpms to make boost....

If i understand this part of the question correctly.... the PI runs on low side pressure, not fed by hpfp. So increasing the capacity of your low side may be required, but burden will be less on high...
