Tire Can not be balanced

I have a rear tire (Goodyear Eagle F1 Run-flat) that's producing an annoying vibration at highway speeds.
Took it to a tire shop and tried to have it road forced balanced but it could not be done...

Anyone have pictures of powder-coated red, dark red, maroon etc.. wheels?
I just ordered a set of wheels for my summer tires and thinking about getting them powder coated for my black 2SS.

I'm running Toyo observer G3 Ice. 245/40/20 and 275/35/20.
You can add studs too, but I decided not to go that root.
I Had them in the white icy stuff and so far I am impressed.
