Thanks for the advice. Im planning for changing my upper pulley to 2.3 with CAI. The headers are just in case the boost required more air vent.

I saw few SS videos with this setup. I really liked the ARH note compared to the rest. It has a deep growl. The rest seem to be raspy or just free flowing.

I wonder if there any headers setups or options that retains the stock NPP note or offers a similar or quieter note preferably...

Well explained Ted. I really like your creativity in developing this whole package. I'm not a headers/cam guy. I really like the stock exhaust sound.

Hi. I dont do tracking. So it is only for street use. I will surely tune the car once I have the pulley on. I was told that stock manifold can handle this pulley well. I'm not a big fan of headers...

Im a new ZL1 owner and still learning about the LT4 engine and systems. I just recently bought a Grip Tec 2.3" upper pulley size 9% and planning to buy CAI soon.

Well thanks for the advice Ted. I went for the lowest 2.3 pulley size 9% as I was warned that the stock blower cannot handle anything higher.

Would that make any difference ?

Well I traded my 2SS 2014 to a ZL1 2019 on special dealership offer. That is a big jump considering the big difference in HP from L99 to LT4 plus the A10.
