Unbelievable some of the comments actually stood...

Unbelievable some of the comments actually stood up for the driver. Like it was not his fault blaming the accident on traction and stability features that might of been turned off.

It seems to me both a theft deterrent and a GPS device is needed. Theft deterrent does not do much good if the car is towed away. Is there a device that does both?

99% of the LS7 valve train problems were on modified engines. Mostly higher lift cams. If you leave it stock no problems.

I would not worry. Who say's it will happen. Most stock Z/28 LS7's are rock solid. 50,000, 100,000 miles on some with no issues at all.
