The bolt should be tight enough that the cable terminal won't rotate around it. Its the other end of the ground cable...

I can reproduce it nearly 100% of the time using remote start.

It has been fixed for the 2018's. They supposedly are working on getting the fix to the 17's.

I put on a different set of tires, didn't use a relearn tool and drove 18 miles to work with all 4 tires reading 36 PSI and finally had the TPMS...
