Press the front defrost button (top on the right...

Press the front defrost button (top on the right dial) and that should "wake up" the software bug in Mylink. Once you do that it should work a normal.

They are press fit with the entire ditch molding. my ends were missing and the dealer replaced the whole thing. Seems that the moldings shrink over time and that's what causes the ends to go...
