There is a Camaro club that is out of that area, maybe around Middletown Ohio. I can't recall what they call themselves but maybe look into that.

No, I never have had to add oil between changes. This car probably uses 1/4 qt of oil in between changes (2500 mile), so not enough to add any.

I would assume that they use dielectric grease from the factory. This car has only 16k mi on it. I am original owner. I obviously used the term silicone (grease) meaning dielectric silicone grease...
