RockAuto has OEM, Delco and Moog for the ZL1 which should be 12mm. I believe that is what I used when I switched to ZL1 bars.

I'd say converter as well. Gears make tight converters less noticeable, but that is sort of masking the problem. However, I am also a manual guy these days.

I have the G8 reservoir on one and a Wilwood on the other. Rubber cap on both with no leaks. I think the G8 kit came with the rubber cap and I just pulled one out of parts drawer on the Wilwood.
