They dealer service came by the house and did the BCM update it took about 30 min total and I lost no settings. It seems like the extra time at the dealer is just waiting for them to do it or service...

Thank you, I have not done anything to that seat. No one has even sat back there. I will have them look at it. Not sure what they can do aside from try to get a replacement.
