Will a catback exhaust and x pipe that retains the secondary cats cause a check engine light for a manual?

I've looked around but nobody makes different gearing for the Camaro.

Cars have been stolen at the mall, grocery store, etc. When theft takes less than 5 minutes you basically can't park anywhere except for your own garage. It's best to get a killswitch and OBD lock
