1600 miles ZL1 M6 trans user error?

Wanted to see what the more experienced would think of this, I love the guys but don’t see how else that could happen.

They show up like they know a lot... But damn everything they do is wrong... Like most of the time.

Pretty sure they tried to dump the clutch to impress someone and ended up breaking something and they pass it like something "suddenly happened".

My brain hurts after watching that.

They do everything in wrong and in the wrong order haha. Just in that episode... They start installing all the shower hardware before even starting the grout... Yeah man! They live in the free world afterall...

They certainly mess up quite often, yet I still have a lot of respect for what they achieve through hard work. Not sure what the critics are expecting of two twenty-somethings who venture out on their own and make things they had never done before happen, they obviously can't be experts at every single aspect of car repair or construction.

Do I like everything they did on that house? Also, I don't see any shenanigans on their part—honest mistakes, yes, but they do appear to try to do their best. It's always easier to couch quarterback, especially online, and finally, this is a free country, they haven't done anything obviously illegal, so I say more power to them.

I'm remodeling my bathroom, this video helped a lot in giving me ideas on fixtures.

If you’ve seen the build from the beginning they mention clutch issues when they first bought it.

Haven’t seen or heard of any clutch issues with ZL1’s. I thought I saw their car for sale at a dealer months back listed with a salvage title. Maybe it was test drove, shifted improperly and beat the piss out of 1 too many times. I think they are decent young guys learning from their mistakes. I don’t watch many of their videos but it’s good to see them doing very well with their YouTube channel.

Apprenticeship is a thing for a reason.

So many of these types of productions/ shows, what ever you want to call it, is life glamorized. I used to watch Bob Villa when I was a kid. This is nothing like that.
