1994 Camaro steel wheel offset

Can anyone tell me how to find out what the offset is on the base model 16x7.5 18-hole steel wheel. If the offset is 55mm then I can use them on my Z28.

55mm appears to be the offset for both the V6's and V8's in 1994:
