Four legged children eh?

How about winged children?

This is my little Fluffy. I found her lost and abandoned in a gas station parking lot. Cute little thing hopped over to my truck and started chirping at me. I took her home with me and raised her.

A few months later, and she grew into a big duck!

She now lives at a park near my house with a big, 2 acre lake with her other duck friends. I swear I've seen her with her own little ducklings, 10 of them in fact.

I guess I did pretty good as a dad! Spoiled her rotten, bought her the best feed available, even built her a little enclosure for her. I was insanely paranoid about her when she started living outside, always scared that some idiot kid would try to steal her, so much that I ended up installing floodlights on the side of the house that would light up half the backyard if anything moved as well as keeping a .177 cal. BB gun loaded at all times.

This is Mouzer. On a daily basis, she makes me wish I had been born a cat, except cats can't drive Camaros. Looking for a picture of the dog too...

We have two cats one name angel & shes anything but, shes dying of cancer but we keep her as healthy as we can.

& her partner is Trouble, & shes is big trouble. she was born out in the wild & was going to be put down when my sister in law said she will take her, few weeks later she ended up at my house scared to death, & now shes my daughter's shadow.

It's amazing how animals become part of the family so quickly. Mouzer was a stray. My wife found her and was certain she could find her owner. Well, she definitely found her a home at our house! I hope Angel is making it ok.

no she gets worse alittle each day, she was so friendly & aloving cat until my husband went over seas then she started getting sick, her mother died of cancer as well several years back.
we have had both the cats for nearly 8years, they are great addtions to the family, & trouble still only allows family to touch her, she runs & hides if someone else comes in to the house.

Sorry to hear that. Mouzer is a little sick right now too, but they can't figure out what's wrong. She's losing weight, but everything appears normal. So I know your pain, if just a little.

Here are two of my little babies at work...

Einstein on the left, and Oreo on the right. And yes, he's named Einstein because he's smart as hell and always poking around examining things. Oreo's name is self-explanatory. She's pretty much bipolar, can be a sweetheart one minute, and have a hissy fit the next.

You can tell that they're "married." Typical "wife staring down at husband" pose. :D
