Anyone have LoJack installed in their C7. With the current electronics in the car I'm thinking it is a bad idea. Any other opinions or actual experiences?

The car comes with Onstar, which can track your car if stolen if you have a subscription. Now, I know Lojack used to take a subscription but I have no idea anymore. Why would you want Lojack in-place of a better Onstar? Just curious.

Recently figured out that On Star has this capability. Why would a dealership promote it other than profit?

Ignorance maybe.

If you get a 2LT or 3LT it comes with "Advanced Theft-Deterrent System".
