picked up my z51 last night woke today so happy
 

Then I noticed paint falling off my hood where the vent is. So pissed called dealer hopefully than can make me happy I absolutely love the new car but damn sucks that I have two spots on my hood where the paint is coming off... pics when I get home

Also it was so dark last night. Hopefully this local dealership can do something any input from you guys would be great what would you do if you had paint issues?

I'm having the hood vent and a stinger stripe from that and up the hood painted with chameleon color changing paint, (Green,Purple,Gold,Copper), with a "Jake" skull in the base coat!

You might consider a painted stinger stripe on your car.

What color is your C7?

I'd like to see the pics before I comment on what to do.

Its night race blue trying to get pic on hear having trouble.

I'd drive it straight back to the dealer to get it fixed. Hopefully they'll do a good job.

OUCH!! Looks like the vent was ill fitting when it was installed into the hood opening, but I can't believe it left Bowling Green like that? What's that scuff mark on the right in your picture?

ya I think one of the techs had dirty fingers and tried the old" rubbing" trick LOL.. that vette came from a small village outside Pensacola, at least my dealership is being cool, the manager told me he will treat it like it was his.. maybe I can get a stinger stripe to help if its not fixed properly.
