I do expect the Show & Shine to sell out as well as the 75 NCM track ones.

Limiting Car Show participation to 200 folks should really help make this a nice setup with some quality cars.

Yup... no more showing up at the gate and joining in the car show just to get great parking.

Purchasing wristband soon. Little more steep this time around but hope to get more passes.

I got my 3 day drivers wristbands for me and a 2 day spectator pass wristband for my better half so we're set and ready for hotel reservations to open up.

We've basically kept them the same for 7 years. This time we get hit with all the paypal fees but will make for a much better Rodgers Meet & Greet and fast lane into the track without having to deal with a bunch of cash and processing credit cards. Hopefully everyone will like doing it this way instead.

So I'd like to do the NCM track day and the car show plus admission for all days. Is there a single package for that or what do I do?

Does the $300 package include everything? Show & shine? Extra spectator pass?

I did $300 plus a $25 dollar two day. I'm pretty sure that covers everything.

You can still purchase tickets at the gate. Spectator costs don't change.

Just a heads up, though; due to fees...and our desire to reduce the bottleneck at the entry...the driver's entry fee will be $120 for last minute folks at the gate.

Would you like to participate in any of the Drag racing or CamaroCross at Beech Bend?

If yes: There is a $300 discounted rate for Thursday + Friday + Saturday. Car show is included...though we discourage Beech Bend drivers from registering for the car show...schedule conflicts.

If no: Then no, there is no package deal for that...you'll need to get the $225 NCM ticket and a $30 car show/spectator ticket.


$300 ticket is the "everything pass" for one person. It includes NCM racing, Beech Bend racing, and car show if you wish (though we discourage Beech Bend drivers from registering for the car show...schedule conflicts.)

Any additional spectators will need to have their own passes.

That will cover one person racing all three days, and an additional person watching all the action.

Ok, so I didn't get a reply and went ahead and purchased a $300 pass. Now after seeing the response, is it possible to get a refund for the $300 pass and then purchase a NCM track day pass and then a separate show & shine pass?

Purchased 2-Day Driver w/Show'n'Shine. I was looking at the classes for Drag Racing are you just dropping us I4's into the V6 Class we have quite a few coming already.

Purchased Spectator + Show & Shine for me!

Just got my spectator+spectator/show&shine bands. Hope there's a detailer that'll be there Thursday day I'm sure I'll catch a few hundred bugs on the drive up.

Nope... I4 Turbo is it's own class. May the best 4 banger win.

Quite sure they will start popping up the closer we get.

We have lists of all names and e-mail addresses. One great thing about PayPal is it's all listed in black and white and easy to review.

Purchased 1 day ncm and 2 day race pass yesterday! Only thing is, I received my confirmation from paypal but nothing from the fest yet. Hopefully it went through.

We have the name and e-mail that you used along with transaction numbers. Just bring PayPal confirmation or ID for those that lose their paper along the way.

The good part is all this is electronic and on the web so easily verified.

2 Day driver wristband purchased. Now it's time to work on the car and get her ready for the fest. It's the beginning of the year and completely stoked to come back.

Spectator + Show-n-Shine tickets purchased!!! I'd really like to do some drag racing, but the thought of breaking an axle (or even worse) and stranding me and my family up there for God knows how long scares me. So....I guess I'll have to pass on the Driver's Wristband.

My driver wristband and my wife's spectator wristband are both purchased! Can't wait to make the trip with the wife and two boys to the fest! Really excited to see how I do down the drag strip and through the CamaroCross

We have changed axles in the parking lot before... No big deal with all the Camaro mechanics around. Just take it easy on those 60's

There was a rear sway bar swap on a ZL1 at the host hotel at the last fest
