Gear for SS with supercharger
 

I am putting theZL1 supercharger on my 2014 SS, what gear should I run or does it matter. It is a automatic w/ tap shift I know the 1LE had a 3.91 so should I change the gear or not really would like opinions if you guys can help me out , thanks in advance

Sorry for the late reply. Been out sick. Concerning the fuel pump please message me your cell. Said your mailbox was full so ill post on your thread as well.

how much boost do you plan on running and how much power do you plan on making? Automatic transmissions are geared more aggressive than the manuals. 3.91 may be too much gear for an automatic if its a daily driver. im at 519HP/573tq with a 3.45 diff out of a manual SS. better torgue over stock and doesnt kill your top end cruising RPMs. and if you wanna beef everything up get an automatic ZL1 rear cradle. those have 3.70 gears and heavier half shafts. but youll have to get a custom driveshaft from somewhere like Drive Shaft Shop.
