It’s a brand new season and anyone’s for the taking. Who’s gonna step up?

Bama and UGA will meet again in the championship game. I'm scared of Florida this year now Dan Mullen is there and UGA has to go to LSU. The DAWGS will have at least one loss this year. Bama should roll through the west easily. I'm ready for September to get here.

I’m just waiting to see how the QB situation unfolds in Tuscaloosa.

I think Florida will be good.

I hope so. I’ve been saying it from the beginning...Alabama is a pro-style team. Always has been, always will be.

I love Hurts as much as the next fan and it breaks my heart to see such a fine young man get benched...especially with what he’s done for the team and the school. The guy’s a beast. But he’s got no down field vision and would probably make a great tight end.

I’ll catch hell for this, but I think the Tagovailoa brothers and Alabama under Coach Saban will be making everyone else play for second until they get drafted. Defense wins games and the only man in the NCAA with even a chance to stop the Tide will come up short unless he out coaches Saban. And we all know what the chances of that are.

For those hardcore college football fans, such as myself, there is some great news.

Before the official start of the season there are games, not only on Thursday the 30th, but on Saturday the 25th, AND Friday the 31st!

I’m never in hurry for summer to over, but I can’t wait for football season!
