You have an order number and that is an excellent sign. Maybe if asked Becky can check your status tomorrow morning. And it may not be scheduled for production today but could very well be tomorrow. The deposit has nothing to do with the order, it just helps the dealer feel good but Chevy does not require one nor care if you have made one. And I would not have it any other way.
