That official should lose his job. Then go get his eyes examined.:mad2::mad0233:

They should change that rule and be able to replay it, It doesn't matter the team. But they got robbed of a chance to go to the Super Bowl. Also lost a lot of money.

There is a Rule where the Commissioner could order a Replay from that moment on. But it would Never happen, the Casinos would Kill people!

The corner even said in an interview that he was going for a early hit/penalty to prevent a TD on that play.

And the 'roughing the passer' on Timmy Boy when he got slapped on the shoulder was another terrible piece of officiating.

Go RAMS!

There were a lot of no-calls on face mask grabs that should have been penalties. IMO instant replay and official reviews have ruined, not helped, the game. Bad calls, good calls, happen to both sides and you cannot predict the outcome on "what ifs".

Get rid of TV and instant replay being the referees and just play the game, instead of making the referees scapegoats for a preferred outcome. Baseball is even worse. Challenges and TV have ruined it.

I can agree on the "what ifs", but every year, when the games get more critical to advance, there are bigger and bigger missed calls or bad calls with no ramifications to the officiating staff. They come across as not taking any pride or effort in their work. I would love to say "get rid of replays", if the refs did a better job. But look how many times we have to reverse a call to get it right to start with. How about, you refs making bad calls... get fired.

You can say "Get rid of replays" all you want but here`s the problem, the televised games will still show and use replays also the stadium`s will show the same play on their big screens and people will still bitch that the ref blew the call or didn`t make the call and if it was a critical game changing call/non-call it will be argued on every sports and call-in show. So is it better to have replays and make sure the call was right/wrong or just live with the call with no replay? Replays will still be in every living room and stadium with or without them on the field.

Unless, of course, the NFL said nobody is allowed to show replays.

One call or no call does not change the outcome of a 60 minute game.

Butterfly effect.
