1. Go to: bowlinggreen.stayhgi.com
2. Select your dates in the upper right hand corner
3. Below the departure date you will see “*Best Price Guarantee and More Options”. Click on “More Options”
4. After clicking on more options you will see 2 choices of “Use Flexible Dates” and “Use HHonor Points.” In smaller print you will “Add a special rate code” Click this option.
5. After Clicking you will see 3 fields, “promotional/offer code”, “group code”, and “corporate account”.
Type “CAMARO” in the group code field.
6. Click the red box beside the arrival and departure fields labeled “Check Rooms and Rates”
**Note: you may have a window open with the title “Room Key.” Close this window
7. Your room selection will appear; click the green “Select” button
8. Fill in all the guest information and then click the green “Continue” button
9. Under “Payment Information” select the card type, add your credit card number and expiration date.
10. Click the green “ Book Reservation”
**Note: you card will NOT be charged until you check out. **

For the Holiday Inn, is there a discount code we need to provide when booking our room?

Yes, need the group code for Holiday Inn. :biggrin: hopefully we can do this online also, as I spend way too much time on teleconference through the day. but I can easily multi-task a booking online.

So, do we know what that code is? Camaro?

And of course holiday inn switchboard is overloaded. They really needed an online code like the last fest. Not sure why they didn't do an online code. Hilton will be easier to book for many.
