2 years later and people still go nuts for my car!!
 

I was stopped at a light today and there was a guy in a pickup truck next to me beeping the horn :iono:

I turned to look, and he had his window down and was pointing at my car :confused0068:

I put the window down to see what he was talking about and he said, "I love your car!!!" :thumbsup:

I said, "I do too!!!...you should buy one!!!" ;)

He said, "maybe I will" :headbang:

Can't believe this Camaro still attracts so much attention after 2 years on the road!!! :happyanim:

It never 'gets old' to me!!! :cool:

I have to pinch myself everyday, because I cannot believe I own such an amazingly awesome vehicle!!! :w00t:

reading these posts get me so excited!! it should be any day now until i have my baby! but i love that these cars still turn heads ;) and i dont think thats changing for a while :)

It's the most amazing thing!!!...when I got my car in May 2009, I was just about the only one that had one here on Long Island NY, where I live...

We bought the car from my friend who managed a dealership in Virginia and drove it home about 300+ miles to NY...

We couldn't go anywhere without people hanging out of their cars, waving, honking, and taking pictures of it all the way from Virginia to NY!!!

Every time we stopped at a rest area, we would come out to a swarm of people surrounding the car and asking what kind of car it was, and going nuts over it...

We couldn't believe all the attention we got everywhere we went...

We felt like rockstars!!!

By now, I thought the excitement would die down, but it hasn't...

I almost didn't look, except for the fact that they guy was honking and I thought something was wrong...

I can't even believe how cool it looks, even now, when I see it in a parking lot...

This car has star appeal!!!

I hope you get your car vey soon and post tons of photos, IF you ever get out of it long enough!!!

I know, people still drool over them. I feel like the first 6 months they were really rare, but are still awesome and everyone looks!!!

i think we will be picking her up in the next week or so!!!:happyanim: i cant wait itll be my first car! and what a first car! im so appreciative that my dad is letting me get the car of my dreams!

same thing happened to me yesterday, i was stopped at a light and this guy next to me says.. Thats one sweet looking ride you have. I told him to get one lol , Cant help but smile from ear to ear :D

especially in LI were beemers and benzes abound- our car stirs patriotism as well as passion (for me and the on-lookers)

Donna, The frequency has diminished a little bit, but I know how you feel. I still get this same scenario from time to time. However, I have to share with you that 2 weeks ago, sitting at a light, and I had someone ask me what my car was.... Now, I can understand it 2 years ago when you got yours. Hell, I even somewhat understood it 14 months ago, when I got mine....but I have to admit that being asked what my car was 2 weeks ago was just a little bit shocking!!!!

On another note, I am very envious of your sig pic. I would love to get a pic of my car in front of that sign.....One of these years dangit!!!!!!!
