Initial thoughts. Underwhelming and evolutionary. I read the powertrains are carry over which isn't necessarily bad and still rumor. I'll wait for the rest. But, it exists (and a manual!!!), and that's more than we can say for the next Camaro at this point. While I prefer GM first, if they don't want to play in the segment anymore, i'll give this a look.

It will be interesting to see the demand and sales for these, especially after the ICE Dodges and ICE Camaros are gone. I'm guessing these ICE Mustangs will be around for several years beyond on it's own. If Corvette stops ICE, Mustang might have made a smart move to get what market will be left for ICE V8s.

Good luck to them. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

"Remote rev" sounds interesting, gimmicky, but a fun gimmick.

The full digital cluster will take some getting used to.

Gen 4 Coyote stated as 480+ HP, TQ not mentioned.
Brembos, at least 1 of the 3 take options, finally appear to be on all corners and not just the front.
2.3 EB output, not mentioned, just teased as "most powerful and most efficient"

Dark Horse, all new Performance line.
5.0 targeted at 500HP
Tremec 6-speed
Next gen Magneride

Not a lot of solid information just yet. We'll see how all this pans out as it gets closer to release.

I still don't like the front end very much, but the rear looks better now that they put some Camaro hips on it. I still hate Ford, but admire the enthusiasm and commitment to the V-8 manual transmission for another 8ish years though. GM should take notes.

Starting to look very Camaro-ish from some angles especially the Dark Horse. Still, it's cool Ford is staying in the traditional pony car market with the good ol V8 and manual trans.

The rear 3/4 view is very similar to the 6th Gen Camaro, plus the reverse-mohawk roof, and hood heat extractor.

I don’t think it looks bad. Being the last V8 car I may own a mustang one day. Damn never thought I’d say that lol. In the Midwest EV is a LONG ways off so this could be a huge seller for Ford with no competition.
