Well as the salt shows the white on the center lines and frost on the windshields. Along with snow it's time for my convertible to take a nice long winter nap. Till spring rest nice. :grayvertshift:

Did the same thing the other weekend.

Yes, sadly there are some long days/months ahead for us in colder climates.:cry:

Mine went to sleep on the 10th, just after we had a week of 70's in Detroit (followed by 40's...it's Michigan, if you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes!)
No garage pic, but it's free this year...mom moved to senior living and isn't in a hurry to sell the house just yet, so, empty garage!

Mine is basically sleeping for winter. Gave it the last rinseless wash last week for the year.
I don’t understand the car covers for cars parked in a garage. Other than it scratching your paint dragging it on and off.

Because there is still a ton of dust flying around when you open and close garage doors. Especially the dry salt dust flying around in the winter for us here in the midwest...sorry but I don't want salt dust from the roads sticking to the car as cars drive by our house when opening or closing doors. Oh and if your car cover is scratching your car then you obviously have the WRONG cover...mine was expensive but it's not scratching the car....mainly because it's EXTREMELY soft on the "car" side and I'm not taking it on and off multiple times...once it goes on...it stays on until I'm ready to take it off. Whenever I do decide to take it off I always have help LIFTING it off, not DRAGGING it off....thus ALSO not scratching it.

Like your car though! Looks good!

You just have some crazy dust storms of salt. Never had that opening my doors and if it gets dusty I will wash it again with my rinseless. Atleast I can still enjoy it through winter washing it in the garage.

Ahh, winter in Georgia. This week we have a bone chilling low of 41 degrees and a high of 67.

I don’t miss upstate NY winters, at all.

So which is it? And if you don't need a car cover because your car doesn't get dirty over winter, why would you have to wash it? See if you had a car cover on your car it wouldn't get dusty. I've been covering cars and bikes for 30+ years. Never once has any car cover scratched my paint. What do you cover your car with a blue tarp LOL...

Nice garage Kevin. At least you have a great place to hang out or work on your cars during the long winter when you can't drive them.

No grinding, welding or spray painting though!
