Ordered 30 Oct 13
Delivered 20 Feb 14

2LT, 7 speed, lime rock green, Z51 w/ mag select ride, and dual mode exhaust.

As soon as I pulled off the dealers lot it began to rain cats and dogs. Hey, I am talking about a downpour of epic proportions. As this will not be a daily driver for me, I will be avoiding, as much as possible, rain in the future. But I will have peace of mind that the C7 will handle wet roads with aplomb. I had absolutely no issues driving at highway speeds on the short 6 mile drive to the house.

Love this car! I am going to the garage right now and just stare at her.

Congrats, what was the reason it took 4 months to deliver?

Down_Range_King 02-20-2014 07:51 PM

A combination of the following 3 things:
1. Z51 constraints
2. Body color matched roof constraints
3. My dealership's allocations (or lack thereof)

Not sure which one was the biggest drag on my order, but all three combined equaled 4 months of waiting for me.

Thanks! The Z51 build was a no-brainer for me considering what the cost would be to get the same set up aftermarket.

Delicious looking build! Congratulations to you. Lime Rock Green is such a handsome color. It sounds like you got an early wash from the cloudburst.
...and it looks like the pup approves, too.

Congrats!

Congrats on your LRG Stingray! Love the color. My LRG coupe with Z51 should be at my dealer on 2/26. Can't wait for the call. Many happy miles to you. :happy0180:

LRG seems to be a color that is absolutely loved or hated. There aren't too many folks in between.

That dog knows what "take a picture" means, and wants to be in the picture wether she is the subject or not.

Thanks! I found during the entire waiting process the final week was the hardest/longest

Post some pics when yours comes in.

LRG definitely looks pretty sweet in the sunlight.

VERY NICE!
