Nothing cheap about Callaway mods. Took a tour of their CT facility a few years ago. Very impressive. :happy0180:

yeah 23k for a supercharger is a bit much. For half that price I can get a procharger, cam, headers, and tune.

True, but not with a full warranty and the confidence that it will have optimum performance.

Friend of mine had his car(not a C7) cam'ed, headers, and tuned by Callaway.

The engine blew up and he spent 3 months fighting with them before they finally accepted responsibility while his car sat in his garage.

It was another 3 months till he got his car back.

For that reason, alone, I'll never have my C7 done by Callaway.

I'll go with Hennessey.

Considering Callaway doesn't install headers, I'd call your story BS. :word:

But anyways, good luck with your other decision :emoticon1:

If referencing my post, you're mistaken. My last name, while it begins with the letter "C", it isn't Callaway. :sorry:

I have had the pleasure of owning four Callaway vehicles (three Corvettes and a Camaro), and still own two. They are awesome cars, and built to deliver, for sure.

So back to the post I mentioned. It's 100% fact, indisputable. And for the other company named, to check their reputation, Google has all one should ever need to know. And it is interesting, to say the least :search:
