Automatic Transmission 4k rev limiter
 
Is there a way to remove the rev limiter from 4k rpms? I really want to get my lt4 to scream without having to actually be driving.

No need to freewheel a 650hp engine against a transmission in park. That's why there's a limit. Revving at a standstill is for the Honda guys and the Harley guys - leave it for them ;) ;)

My Harley has a temp management that shuts off half (V2 to V1 mode) the engine while stopped. So when everyone juices the gas prior to the green light, it's to get it out of V1 mode.....so when we take off, we don't slow down any Camaro guys.....:happy0180:

BTW: I think my Harley and my Camaro sound great!

Does a guy have to rev it 25 times before he leaves his driveway at 7 am to get it out of V1 mode? :23::23::23:

So glad they have a 4k limit on this one. We don't want the ZL1 guys looking bad at the car meets.

Did you ever get your Rev Limiter raised? I did thru hp tuners its sick. No I dont constantly rev it but once in a blue moon at certain meets it's nice to PUNCH IT:confused0068:

Thread revival. How did you do it through HP Tuners? I would like to do it as well.
