It's been 12 days since I've paid for my wheels and they are not here. What is the problem?

Is it an SS? Need to know so if it is we clear the brakes... 19" [245/50-19, 255/50-19] tires are going to make it difficult to control price. Also, are you looking to stagger 19x8.5, 19x9.5? Would you consider 20" at a good price?
