My last update was that I'm at 3300. How easy is it to track the railcar once it gets on...?

Heard any more news? I'm still holding out for this weekend, but the train must have been pulled by Clydesdales, it took forever to get to Birmingham.

Yea I'm looking at about 11/9! This has been pretty much the highlight of my day. Things appear to be moving along quite nicely.

It feels like forever waiting for the production week, but then it's on the train. Mine may be in by next week. Got my invoice and lining up the payment this week.

I got a lot of that too, which is why I went with Craigslist. I got a number of lowball offers from people (one who I was pretty sure was a dealer), but the couple I sold it to found me out there. I hope your private sales experience is better than mine. I was heading to their bank in Navarre when I got rear-ended by a kid in a 93 Dodge shadow with no front or rear bumpers. It was nothing more than a bad tap, but when you have no nose on a car, it does bad things. Couple stuck with me though, although that bonehead kid cost me $300 and two weeks.

I was going to try ebay and craigslist. I tried auto trader but got nothing but people from other companies calling me to pay them $400.00 to "list my ad nationally"! No thanks!

I sold mine too soon as it turned out, and although I have money to put down, it's not as much as it could have been. I had to fork out 5K in August to replace the house HVAC system, which put a dent in the ol' bank account. Should still be able to get a reasonable payment for 60mo tho. Did you put the car on Craigslist? That's how I sold mine. I never got much response with the other methods.

Well I couldn't get it in that particular color without selling one of my vital organs first. I will be getting the stripes painted though. My Dad is going to get that taken care of as wedding gift (and paying for the honeymonn!). I haven't sold the Mustang yet. I think I'll give it another shot in about 2-3 weeks. I really want to avoid a trade....

Excellent! Did you order the Bumblebee style car pictured in your icon? Surprisingly few on the road yet, so it ought to keep heads on a swivel. Did you sell the Mustang or are you going to trade it?

I got her ordered yesterday! I'm going to call the dealer back today to get all the specifics in regards to my discounts. My wait will be 5 weeks!!!
