Before I could give you a quote I would need to get a couple of things clear...1) I couldn't tell clearly from your post are your rims chrome? If not what kind of finish do they have? 2) You want the inside black with the lip painted a different color? 3) You only have 3 rims, or all 4?

Yes. I used the side trim for the center console. It's only a $20 part if you ever need to replace it

It comes all together know with the boot.

I'm not sure, and we don't have the other shifters here to check. Best bet is to look
at your own shift boot and see if it will fit. The Hurst Shift boot is basically the same as the stock one. The logos are on the side and not a separate trim piece. Good luck.
