I think the plan is for the events to move around. So far they have been along the I65 corridor.

I got better news today as Beech Bend is shooting for May 22 to be the first day open. I will know details by Monday on what will take place but it looks good. They are also having a test and tune that afternoon with a new street bracket race so there will be an enormous amount of people there and we will have an area set aside for our camaros only. I will post details on what will happen and see what we can put together for next weekend.

That's sounds great Jason. I really appreciate all your hard work. I hope everyone can still make it. Give me a call this week as soon as you know something. On another note, where does everyone want to have the next meeting? I'm thinking sometime in July but I'll let everyone put in their opinion and then the majority wins. How does that sound? As for the logo, I'll try my best to get some shirts made up with it. Do we want it on the front and back or just the front? Let me know soon and I'll try to get the made by this weekend but I'm not sure if that's possible.

turleylox, what are the official details for this weekend. Most of the details are spread across multiple posts and with the last minute issues its kind of unclear.

As of right now, we are meeting at the Corvette Cafe around 10:00am and hanging out until around noon. This might be a good time to tour the Museum or take individual pictures in front of the museum. We will eat lunch there around 12:00. Around 1:15 to 1:30 we'll line up for Group Pictures in front of the museum and then parade over to Beech Bend. There is an area set aside for just our group so we can line up for pictures and then showing off our cars if we want. I'm still waiting to here back from jrpxxii about all the details for sure of how the day will go but I'm assuming that we can then start racing our cars for whoever wants to. As soon as I hear from Jrpxxii I will confirm everything. Should everything not work out at Beech Bend, We can still meet up at the Cafe and hang out there maybe or go somewhere else to just hang out and show our cars. Also, If anyone wants to go to eat dinner somewhere after we get done at Beech Bend let me know.

Track opens at 5pm and we have the oval race track reserved for camaro parking only and we will be parking on the race track itself like camaro5fest did for pics and show. I hope everyone can make a full day of it and stick around for dinner afterwards and anyone that wants to stay in town I can help make arrangements for you if needed.
