So first things first, what month should we look at holding this event this year? Will it be a busy spring or summer holiday. Or a normal weekend this spring or summer? So what are everyone's thoughts?

definitely the summer. Mid june sounds pretty good to me. I will be out of town the week of july 4th.

I agree that June would be a good month...July is pretty busy with the 4th, Hot Rod Power Tour, and then Camaro Fest. F-Body is at the end of May, so about the 22nd of June would be good. I haven't seen if anything else is going on then though.
