That positional shift alone resulted in additional organic discovery beyond the promotional period. Chat activity felt more organic because visible engagement encourages participation from real users. Importantly, engagement percentages remained proportionate, preventing distortions in retention metrics. Once the boost ended, the channel maintained a higher baseline than before, indicating that exposure translated into sustained interest rather than temporary inflation.
