I just wanted to say Hi to everyone! I live in Vegas with my beautiful 2010! I just signed up for Camaro5 this morning and found this group! I've been on moderncamaro.com for a while, but figure I'd check this one out!

Madgiggler, I actually went to cars and coffee for the first time several weeks ago. If I'm not mistaken your car was there and I believe it was backed up against the restaurant. It was in the company of a few other Camaros Including and indy 500 Pace car.

Our Bee, I have never done drag racing before.. Do people drag the V6's as well?

Boltfan1, Hey! I love your stripes! Where did you have them done? I just photoshopped stripes on my car because I've been thinking about doing them. I have a cyber gray with black rims and thought it might be cool to have Flat black stripes. Here's my rendering..Though I'm sure flat black would be much more subtle than it looks in my picture.

^ Both me and poormans camaros are V6's. We will both be at Midnight Mayham. It's just for fun, you pay $10 and can run as many times as time will allow from 8 P.M. to 11.

Boltfan1, I didn't know they even offered stripes like that, did you order yours or did you buy that car off the lot? I wonder if they just decided to do their own custom stripes.

PoorMansCamaro, I just talked to my buddy about going tomorrow to race. I've never done it before so it sounds like fun. I'll let you guys know If I'm able to make it out.. I'd love to meet some other local Camaro owners.

Yeah Chargers are very inconsistent this season, but so is the entire NFL. There are no more undefeted teams left.

I lived in Oceanside and worked in San Marcos. I miss the weather and the beach.

yeah, grew up in Escondido and still have family and friends down there. I miss it too but not the traffic.
