Sorry for the delayed response - we were traveling today. I am doing this from memory as we don't have the Camaro with us - for the License Plate light lense I believe there is a tab on the left side of each that you gently press in to release the housing. The housing should then come down enough to remove the bulb. I'll be back Tuesday if you still have questions - Tom
