Sorry for the late response....I have been out of touch for awhile so now i'm trying to catch up on everything. I basically decided to go without the license plate until I get a ticket for it. Driving around Dallas I never have problems with front license plate issues.

I did make a road trip out to Lubbock, TX though and was pulled over twice by state troopers out in the middle of no where. They just wrote me warnings. So now when I go to Lubbock I put the license plate in the dash. What did you end up doing?

Hi did you find a solution to your front license plate issue? You could register the car in oklahoma or alabama. oklahoma is easier as they have no smog or safety inspections and after first trip to tag center everything can be handled by mail. Ok has no personal property tax either. You would need a freind or relative's address to have things mailed to and to register under. If you found another solution let me know please. I still have not decided on how to proceed.
