yeah, i'm pretty sure that guy's talking about how some people can post racy pics of chicks while others (typically newer or unknown members) have theirs deleted/moderated/infractionicized. i've seen it plenty of times. i just quit caring after a while. it also depends on which mod sees it first. some are more tolerant than others.
