Possibly moving to Cumming, GA

A job opening has come up in Cumming, Georgia and I was wanting to get some opinions on here about the area.

Does anyone here live in the general area? How is rent down there?

I looked up the cost of living and they are about 20 points higher than my hometown in kentucky.

Any advice would be appreciated!

So did you wind up moving to Cumming? I have lived in Cumming for 14 years now.
Great roads just north of us.
