Thanks for all the suggestions. All those tires in suggestions are great. For now I decided to try Bfgoodrich Gforce comp 2 A/s all season tires. I will update my reviews about these tires soon. Can anyone share how many miles you have experienced with these tires?and how much tread left on your tires Thanks

I put about 12K on mine over the past two winters (I use them as winter tires, running them from October through April or thereabouts). Here are my impressions. Follow the two links in that first post to see my initial impressions and then the 3500 mile update.

Thanks for that link, Billy. I knew I'd read that before, just couldn't remember who posted it and couldn't find it.

Here's a post from Matty Ice, same thing happened but he did kiss the wall.

We get plenty of cold days in my area, enough that I'll avoid these tires.

I get plenty of cold days here too... my tires have been thru snow and ice down to -10*, and performed flawlessly.

No, I don't track mine... No, I don't auto-x mine... I do DD mine... I do drive it like it's supposed to be... I do drive it spiritedly in the twisties, roundabouts, and mountains.

200 miles update :- I am completely love in Bfgoodrich Gforce comp2 A/S tires. They have same speed rating (100Y) and same load rating like Goodyear Plus they have more tread life (UTqg=400 AA A ) than Goodyear (Utqg=240 AA A). And also street performance wise they look same as Goodyear plus with more traction. My tire are not spinning anymore when I gas hard on traffic light. I would highly recommend these all season Ultra High performance tires if you are daily driver and don't take your car on track or drag race.

Seems like there are more positive reviews than negative on these. I've run BFGs on Camaros for 30 years and never had a problem.

Makes me wonder if there was a bad manufacturing run.

If they have more traction than your GY's its only because the GY's were shot and the BFG's are new. No way they handle as well apples to apples.

It is about to time to get new tires after 2 years. Goodyear did good job for approximately 22k miles. I need a suggestion which tires should I choose from Goodyear, Michelin Pilot super sport or continental extereme contact sport. I am daily driver and I don't take my car to tracks or drag race so I need tires with good lifetime and good performance. And I also need suggestions from where I should mount new tires and balance it. I am checking local Atlanta dealers most of them have bad review about service or they been scratching wheels. Should I choose Chevy dealer, discount tires , pep boys or any other suggestions? And also do I need to do alignment after new tires installed? Thanks
you had your G2 last 22K ??
WOW that is amazing
I got Nitto on the car
275/40/20 in the front
315/35/20 in the rear and so far I love it.

Here's and apple to apple comparison... I'll be driving my Camaro in December when it's below 30* on my BFG's that'll have over 25K miles on them that I could never do with my GYE's brand new.

I get that, and understand in your situation. The guy I was responding to seemed to imply that the BFG's new woudl handle as well as the GY's, and I just don't think that's the case. The BFG's will work better in cold, last longer and do may things better than the GY's, but not hook better in a corner (in my opinion).

Agreed! The Goodyears are amazing in dry conditions, but downright terrifying in the rain. They hydroplane no matter how slow or straight you're going! Literally about died two weeks ago driving through West Virginia in a small rain storm. BFG's will be my next rubber.
