People cant drive here in the rain.

Not really digging the color combo of stripes on this car. Want to see more.

All depends on where you live. In Seattle people can drive in the rain, in "real" snow areas people can drive in the snow.
Once the roads have been plowed and the remaining snow packed down tightly with a bunch of sand, it's just like driving on pavement, (as long as it stays cold).
