Front plate

The 6th gen car is gorgeous and the more I see it the more I can't help but wonder, for those of us that live in 2 plate states, where in the hell is the front plate going to go???

On the front?

I'd guess right in the middle hanging down in front of the grill

Yeah, on the front. The majority of the US (31 states) require it by law. Sucks, but there it is.

If it's like the 5th gen, it will be supported by the bumper in front of the lower grille.

As I did with the 5th gen...I'm going to make certain the dealership doesn't install the front plate mount.

Instead, I'll install my own hide away mount that mounts underneath.

Seems like having to put it on the front like those pictures will adversely effect all of the carefully designed aero functions in the grill, especially on the SS. I'll go with an aftermarket that doesn't require drilling in the front.

I never run with a front plate on any of my vehicles even though I should. If I ever get a ticket then oh well. Worth it.

They make hidden plate kits. I'm sure they'll make a kit just for the Camaro.

In the 5 gen you could just put it few inches under the headlight and it looked badass but in this one looks impossible to do that.i will just put it on the dash.and about those kits you guys mentioned I never saw one of those.not in UAE.
