I understand. I just take issue with him saying that just because there's an issue in the Chevy, doesn't mean it crosses over into the other brands. It's the same engine, and people have been complaining about it for years - fact.

It's not the supercharger. It sounds like the clutch??? It will go away when I push it in.

Hope everything is good with it Kevin. I know there have been posts about the S/Cer problem and it having to be replaced, but if they say its normal, then you can't really do anything about it unless it fails or gets worse.

mine has that clacking sound as well but I dont think its the supercharger because ive heard the same noise from the SS

There is no fee if the car is under warranty. If you are told different ask for the manager. GM pays the dealer even if they could not duplicate concern.
